Ms. Wang specializes in U.S. real estate, investment, development, project funding, and real estate refinancing transactions, as well as mergers and acquisitions (M&A) involving domestic businesses. Serving as the chief legal counsel for several reputable Chinese enterprises and as a private consultant to numerous high-net-worth individual investors, Ms. Wang has been extensively involved in countless real estate development projects in the United States. This involvement includes transaction structuring, development design, and financing-related matters.

Ms. Wang has provided counsel to Chinese enterprises on establishing branch offices, opening bank accounts, filing tax registration documents, obtaining work visas, and securing permanent residency in the US. Throughout her years of practice, Ms. Wang has nurtured strong partnerships with prominent financial institutions and Chinese business associations in New York. She is frequently invited to participate as a guest speaker at Chinese and American business forums and seminars. Furthermore, Ms. Wang has received invitations from esteemed institutions like Peking University and the Central Conservatory of Music to serve as a visiting lecturer, delivering practical legal courses. She has also been enlisted to conduct legal training sessions for organizations dispatching personnel to the United States. Additionally, Ms. Wang has gained experience as a judicial clerk in the Supreme People’s Court of China.
