Mr. Feng gives advice on IP system construction and IP strategy planning. He also provides legal services regarding patent application, re-examination and validation, administrative proceedings, administrative investigation, infringement proceedings, as well as due diligence, licensing and assignments of patent and Know-How for enterprises.

Mr. Feng’s patent expertise covers the fields of computer software and hardware, electronic engineering, telecommunication, physics, automatic control, mechatronics, information processing technology, medical instruments, acoustic technology, geological exploration technology, oil production technology and more. He also has affluent experience in trademark business.

Prior to Mr. Feng serving as a senior counselor of Yuanhe & Twelve Table and an of counsel of Jun Wang & Associates. Mr. Feng was a partner at King & Wood Mallesons for many years. Mr. Feng also worked at the Patent and Trademark Office of China Council for the Promotion of International Trade for many years. Mr. Feng obtained both his bachelor’s and master’s degrees at Tsinghua University.
