Mr. Keke Xing specializes in resolving international commercial disputes, intellectual property disputes, and matters related to the Pan-entertainment industry.

Mr. Xing has devoted his career to international and foreign-related commercial arbitration, boasting nearly two decades of experience in resolving complex disputes across areas such as cross-border equity and debt financing, Sino-foreign joint ventures, corporate governance, intellectual property, and the entertainment Industry. His expertise covers a broad spectrum of sectors, including media, entertainment, technology, telecommunications, the internet, sports, new energy, mining, pharmaceuticals, as well as real estate. Mr. Xing has represented and participated in over two hundred arbitration proceedings adjudicated by prestigious domestic and international arbitration institutions including China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC), Beijing Arbitration Commission (BAC), Shenzhen Court of International Arbitration (SCIA), International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC) and Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC).Many of these cases were notable for their complexity, high stakes, significant monetary value, or broad social impact, with several involving the application of foreign law, English-language proceedings, or representing landmark cases for the respective arbitration institution. As an arbitrator, Mr. Xing has presided over numerous arbitration cases, serving as the chief or sole arbitrator in over 80% of them.

Mr. Xing is a partner at Yuanhe & Twelve Tables. Prior to founding Yuanhe, he spent many years with King & Wood Mallesons. He currently serves as an arbitrator for several prominent arbitration institutions, including the CIEAC, SCIA, and the China Commission of Arbitration for Sports (CCAS).  In addition,  Mr. Xing holds several influential professional positions.  He is a Council Member of the Beijing Lawyers Association (BLA), director of the Young Lawyers Working Committee of BLA and deputy director of the Professional Committee of Commercial Arbitration Law of BLA. He also serves as a civil and administrative case consulting expert for the Supreme People’s Procuratorate and was among the first professionals appointed under Beijing Corporate Compliance Third-Party Supervision and Evaluation Mechanism. Mr. Xing further contributes to the legal community as a part-time mentor at the Master of Laws program at China University of Political Science and Law.
