Ms. Zhang specializes in business immigration law, possessing comprehensive knowledge and practical experience in various immigration processes. Her expertise includes special work visas (such as O-1 visas) and the associated legal aspects of business formation, compliance, and operation. She also has extensive practical experience in employment-based immigration, including aliens of extraordinary ability (EB-1A) and National Interest Waiver (NIW) petitions. Ms. Zhang excels at formulation application strategies, reviewing and providing legal advice to meet USCIS criteria to significantly improve approval rates. She also provides the aforementioned specialized legal services to multiple leading Chinese immigration consulting firms.

Before joining the Firm, Attorney Zhang worked at a local New York law firm, assisting individual clients with the application and maintenance of legal status in the United States.
